Doug was such an amazing personality. Had to buy a heavy duty Utility's dump cart in a hurry. (My light duty one broke). Searched online there’s one in Wellsford. Price was attractive. Rang their 0800 number on a Sunday , Doug answered the call. Both discussed & worked out the cheapest option for delivery. Worth going all the way from South AKL to his, business. Thanks for helping me out, Doug.
